My Account

Q) I need to change my password; help!

A) Don’t stress, it’s super easy! Go to ‘My Account’, click on ‘My Details’ and follow the really simple steps on the page.

Q) I absolutely cannot remember my password?

A) It’s okay; we all have days when our brains go blank. Click on “Forgot your password?” and we’ll send you an email to reset it. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk mail, unfortunately sometimes our emails end up in there.

Q) Tragedy! I can’t access my account?

A) Oh no! Quick, send us an email and we will get in touch to help you recover your access.

My Subscription

Q) Which My Little Pleasure box will I receive first?


A) The first box that you receive depends on the date that you subscribe. If it is before the 20th of the month, you’ll receive the box for that same month. If you subscribe between the 21st and the last day of the month you will receive the box of that same month as long as it is still in stock. If it is not available, you will receive the following month’s box.

Q) Will my next box be ordered and delivered automatically?

A) If you select a 6-box subscription you will receive 6 boxes (1 box every two month) without having to do anything. The same applies to the 3-box subscription option.

If you only subscribe for the 1-box package you will only receive a box for that month. Should you wish to receive a box thereafter you will have to subscribe to a package once again.

Once your subscription expires you can re-subscribe to the package of your choice by visiting the “Subscription” link on the website.

Q) Is it possible to receive previous boxes?

A) While we’d love to send you every box that we’ve created, you can only receive the boxes that correspond to your subscription dates.

Q) Is it possible to only receive 1 box?

A) Sure it is, that’s why we have the 1-box subscription option.

Q) No more pleasure for me please. How do I cancel my subscription?

A) Your subscription will end at the end of your subscription period.

Q) How many boxes can I purchase as a gift?

A) All our subscription options can be purchased as a gift. Payments will be taken in full when you subscribe.

Payment Methods

Q) Which payment methods do you accept?

A) We’re a digitally friendly platform so you can make payments online with a credit card (Visa or Master Card). Payments must be made upfront and in full.  For the 1-box subscription option you can pay cash on delivery.

Q) How can I change my banking details?

A) Simply click on ‘My Account’, sign in, go to ‘Subscriptions’ and click on ‘Change my Bank Details’.

Q) Is it possible to view my invoices?

A) Sure thing, we keep a record of all your purchases. To view them go to ‘My Account’, sign in, click on ‘Subscriptions’ and then go to ‘My Invoice’.

Q) When will my bank account be debited with the subscription amount?

A) This will take a maximum of 72 hours from the moment you pay online but it is usually effective immediately.

Q) Uh oh, there’s a problem with my payment!

A) It’s possible your bank requires a special authorisation code for online payments. If you experience a problem with payment, you should contact your bank directly an inform us by email as well, we will check if anything can be done to help from our side too.

Delivery Methods

Q) How are the My Little Pleasures boxes delivered?

A) We’re working on teleportation delivery of boxes but until then we’ve perfected that all our boxes are couriered between the 20th and the last day of each month.

Q) When will I receive my first box?

A) Delivery of the first box takes up to 1.5 month from the date you subscribe. For all following boxes, we do our very best to make sure they are delivered bi-monthly before the last day of the month. Unfortunately, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances the boxes may arrive a little later. If your box hasn’t arrived by last day of the month give us shout and we’ll help you track it down.

Q) Nope, I didn’t get my box. You forgot me.

A) As if, we could ever forget you! Is it after the end of the month when you are supposed to get the box?
 If not, then we ask to wait until then, your box must still be on the way.
If yes, then please contact us asap and we’ll track down your box right away!

Q) I’ve moved house but still want my box!

A) No worries, just change your delivery details by going to ‘My Account’, ‘My Address’ and simply clicking the “Change Delivery Address” button.
Anyway, our courier company will contact you before the delivery.

Q) Do you ship abroad?


A) Not just yet unfortunately. For now, My Little Pleasures is only available in the UAE.

The My Little Pleasures Box:

Q) What can I expect to find in the box?


A) If we told you then it wouldn’t be a surprise right? What we can tell you is that you will receive at least one full-sized beauty product and some travel-sized products along with fashion and lifestyle accessories and goodies by our in-house illustrator.

Q) My friend received different items in her box, why?

A) Now now, no need to get worked up. Sometimes the contents of the box may differ slightly from one subscriber to another. However you can rest assured that every box will surprise you with new products and the latest trends.

Q) My box is missing a product?

A) In each box, you’ll find a leaflet showing you all the products that should be included. If the products you’ve received do not correspond to those shown on this leaflet, you can contact us and we’ll get back to you. Be aware that the contents of each box may vary from one subscriber to another.

Q) How long does it take you to get in touch?

A) We do our very best to reply personally to each of your emails and also as quickly as possible. Certain periods, particularly around delivery time, can be rather busy which may cause a slight delay in replies.

Q) How can I have my brand or products featured in My Little Pleasures?
